1. Speed – How hard to throw.
Low = beginner-friendly.2. Glide – How long it stays in the air.
High = more distance.3. Turn – Early curve right (RHBH).
Negative = easier to throw straight.4. Fade – Late curve left (RHBH).

🌀 Backhand Throw (Stand still)
Grip with thumb on top, fingers under-power grip for distance, fan grip for control.

🧭 X-Step (Backhand Footwork)
No more stand still
Start with a relaxed stance, holding the disc in front of you.
Step forward with your lead foot (non-dominant), initiating movement.
Cross your dominant foot behind your lead foot—this is the “X” part of the step.
Plant your dominant foot firmly as you rotate your hips and shoulders.
Shift weight from back to front foot while pulling the disc across your body.
Finish with a smooth follow-through, letting momentum carry your body forward.

Start in a staggered stance, dominant foot slightly behind, body turned sideways to the target.
